Central family, victims of an apparent homicide suicide

WASHINGTON COUNTY –  The Washington County Sheriff’s Office has characterized yesterday’s incident in Central, where three bodies were discovered in a home, as an apparent  homicide/suicide.

The decedents have been identified as three persons of the same last name, one male and one female adult, 25 and 24, and a girl, 5.

The Sheriff’s office said that all the decedents were residing at the residence in Central.

The investigation is ongoing; however, the Sheriff’s Office is not currently pursuing any additional suspects in this case. The Washington County Sheriff’s Office will continue to work closely with the Utah Office of the Medical Examiner and is awaiting autopsy results to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident.
