Cesar Mendoza Olivas, 51, passed away on December 7, 2021. He was born on June 7, 1970, in Chihuahua, Mexico to Manuel Mendoza and Elvira Olivas. He married Dalila Escalante on January 21, 1989, in Ejido Hernandez, Chihuahua, Mexico.
He was raised in Jovales Chihuahua where he also attended school. He then moved to Nuevo Casas Grandes along with his wife. He worked as a carpenter and framer for most of his life. He loved to go camping and travel with the family. The thing Cesar loved the most was spending time with his kids and wife, even when it was at home.
He is survived by wife Dallia in St. George, Utah, and children Diego and Lauren Mendoza St. George, Cesar Mendoza Jr., St George, Bryan Mendoza St. George, Gimena Mendoza St. George, Emiliano Mendoza St George and grandchildren Natalia Mendoza, Isaac Granados, Arianny Granados, Cesar Sebastian Mendoza. His siblings Lizdemar Mendoza, Armando Mendoza, Jose Luis Mendoza, Victor Manuel Mendoza, Heriberto Mendoza, Oraldo Mendoza, Jorge Ivan Mendoza. He is preceded in death by Jose Arturo Sandoval and Olivia Rodriguez.

The funeral mass was on Monday, December 13, 2021, at Spilsbury Mortuary Chapel.
Interment took place on Monday, December 13, 2021, at Tonaquint Cemetery, 1777 S. Dixie Drive, St. George, Utah.
